Dr. Joshua Livingston
Dr Joshua Livingston grew up in Muskogee Oklahoma. He started his undergraduate school at Oklahoma State University in 1995. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. He then went on to Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa starting in 1999. He graduated with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree in 2003. After graduation, he went on to do a Rotating Internship at Tulsa Regional Medical Center. After completing this he began working in several emergency departments throughout the state. During this time he developed an interest in cosmetic medicine and hormone replacement. He started as medical director of a medical spa in Tulsa in 2006 and has continued advancing his knowledge in the field ever since. Throughout the years Dr Livingston has read and studied how to best improve the quality of patients lives with complementary treatments that many doctors overlook. This includes bioidentical hormone replacement in both men and women utilizing hormone pellets. Utilizing the bodies own ability to heal itself with the use of platelet rich plasma treatments (PRP). Treating depression, post traumatic stress disorder, and chronic pain utilizing Ketamine. Tackling the difficult and often avoided area of medicine of addiction with the use of buprenorphine and naltrexone. He is currently working on a Master’s Degree in addiction management through Capella University to round out his ability to connect with and foster a therapeutic doctor patient relationship not only with patients suffering from addiction but all patients.
